BLUEBERRY HONEY BUNCHES OF OATS SEA-MOOTHIE
2 TBSP. Thee Moss Boss Sea Moss Gel
One Banana (Frozen)
3/4 cup of Bluberries (Frozen)
2 Blackberries
1 TBSP Quick Oats
1.5 TSP. Manuka Honey
1 Cup Coconut Water (or milk of choice)
** Blend and top with oats!
RASPBERRY GINGER SNAP COOKIES
Ginger Snaps sandwiched between
A. Raspberry
B. Thee Moss Boss Sea Moss Gel Coulis.
Served with Vanilla Ice Cream
ALKALINE-AVO TOAST
1.5TBSP. @theemossboss Sea Moss Gel
1 Avocado
.5TSP Sea Salt
.5TSP Cracked Pepper
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
Mix ingredients until desired texture. I like mine a little chunky. Spread on toasted Ezekiel Bread or bread of your choosing. Top with favs! This beauty is topped with tomato slices and red pepper flakes. OPTIONAL ADDS (pictured)

Thick Cut Bacon
3M Tea (Moss,Mint,Manuka)
1TBSP @theemossboss Sea Moss Gel
1TBSP Manuka Honey
Mint Leaf Tea
Mix honey and moss gel until smooth then add hot water and tea bag. Stir until dissolved!.

*1.5 TBSP Thee Moss Boss SEA MOSS GEL
*1 FROZEN BANANA
*1/4 CUP FROZEN SOURSOP
*5 CUBES FROZEN PAPAYA
*2 TBSP AÇAI POWDER
* 1 CUP COCONUT WATER (OR ANY MILK OF YOUR CHOICE)
Blend until smooth and top with your favs. Mine are strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, coconut flakes, and chia seeds.
