    While there is no concrete and scientific listing of all 92 vitamins and minerals in sea moss, the Superfood of the Sea does contain zinc, iodine, iron, calcium, potassium, B-complex vitamins, sodium, sulfur, silicon, and iron. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin K, Calcium and Copper, and a very good source of Riboflavin, Folate, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Zinc, Manganese, Protein, beta-carotene, B-Vitamins, Pectin, Taurine (an amino acid usually lacking in vegan or vegetarian diets), Vitamin D and Vitamin C--all essential nutrients that promote healthy body functions.

  • How long does one 16oz. last

    Our Sea Moss Gel is usually good for up to a three (3) weeks as long as it remains in a glass container (as provided) and properly sealed in cool area. The gel can also be stored in a freezer for future use, where it can last up to 8 months! We suggest up to 2 tablespoons daily, along with a balanced diet.
